Short: Displays CPS Rates for UL/DL in BIG #'s. Author: dotoran@bluemoon.net (david weeks) Uploader: dotoran bluemoon net (david weeks) Type: comm/cnet Version: 2.72 Requires: AmigaOS 2/3.x, CNet Amiga, v3xx/4xx! Architecture: m68k-amigaos Distribution: anywhere, everywhere, please mirror! Replace: aminet/comm/cnet/big_cps_speed.lha v2.72 updated to run under CNet Amiga 4.24g! When a call to this file is placed within your BBSTEXT file, a neat graphical screen is displayed to the user whenever they complete a download or upload. Looking at all the files sent/received, the one with the HIGHEST CPS Rate is used to display the best obtained CPS rate in BIG NUMBERS. High score files can also be kept on file for all baud rates. You can choose to use one file for BOTH uploads and downloads, or choose to use separate files for each process. You can specify the colors used, as well as the style of graphics used. A limit can also be set as to how many days the current record holder can keep their record, as well as the minimum size a file sent/received must be(in KB) before it can be considered for the high cps rate. I'd like to also note that the CPS Rate that this file displays MAY or MAY NOT match the rate Cnet displays. If only ONE file was sent/received, then these values should MATCH, however if multiple files are involved, CNet uses the AVERAGE cps rate, while this file uses the HIGHEST rate involved.
