The default endpoint for each environment is:

• Azure - https://login.microsoftonline.com/
• Azure China - https://login.chinacloudapi.cn/
• Azure Germany - https://login.microsoftonline.de/
• Azure US Government - https://login-us.microsoftonline.com/
